My daughter orderd a card for mother's day Tuesday from Wales to plymouth has not arrived even paying to make sure it arrived today its not the first time I told her not to order from them again I had dead flowers once my daughter complained waste of time better to send a text in future cheaper and on time

Booked birthday hamper and birthday card a week in advance of when it was to be delivered (yesterday) hamper was delivered without birthday card, recipient had no idea of who it was from. Huge disappointment. Stupid AI live chat said contact them again tomorrow… their birthday was yesterday!!! Disaster!

I have not found any good christmas cards for my sisters Also when I went to pay for a birthday card it said that my Visa card has expired when its not (2027)

Your website is Still dreadful!!! So slow that you cannot do many thing, including ordering more than 1 card at a time, this has happened many times Also website would not let me Edit an address, I tried & tried many times to edit a name, complete waste of time My latest was I ordered and placed a card in my basket, also added address Went on to my 2nd card, completed and added address, ,then I paid. Both cards were being sent to the same address, even though I put in 2 address’s

I received my flowers on time with a lovely card and message from my daughter. But the flowers were so poor the lillies were literally dried up and were beyond saving. The roses had little colour and did not look fresh at all.

I sent a card to my brother in Canada on 7th Dec still not received it absolutely disgusted with moonpig will never order of them again .

Flower arrived and looked as if they we ready to blossom but flowers had no scent and did not develope. They started to die after a couple of days. Opened the account just to order these flowers and will never order again from moonpig and close account

Card & gift from M/pig organised for delivery on Wednesday 11th May with confirmation of due date delivery by tracked Royal Mail. Very disappointed that they didn't arrive until Friday 13th. Had to apologise to the recipient for non delivery on the due date.

Just received a bouquet from a friend the state of the flower is diabolical the roses must have been packed that way I feel sorry my friend spent money on them

I received the Letterbox herb growers' gift set. It was so disappointing. It contained a few cheap seeds, a cheap pair of gloves, an ugly nail brush and a tiny bar of uninspiring soap. It was far too big to fit through a letterbox. All with the horrible card that isn't hand written. Don't send this to your mother!

I have used this company for a number of years and had no problems. Just before the start of the pandemic lockdown and since the service has deteriorated. Two cards to Canada never arrived and another to the UK I was unable to send due to the website saying multiple times NO SUCH POSTCODE! This was despite the fact that I had used the website to order a card for this person before. I don't know what is going on but I am now hesitant to use their service and have resorted to e-cards

Flowers delivered today. 'Sweetness' bouquet Cost the sender 29 pounds. Opened the box and there was the sparsest bunch of flowers. Dreadful quality lilies, one lily stem was broken and it wouldn't stand up in the vase. Two lily heads were also snapped and hanging on by a thread, and had to be removed. Thinnest stems lilies I have ever seen, leaves shrivelled on other blooms. Foliage stems all different lengths. For 29 pounds!!! I couldn't display in my usual bouquet vase as they looked lost - so instead I have put in a small drinking glass so the blooms look better for when I send a photo to the sender! Not good enough Moonpig! Your competitors have the edge, M&S have also delivered today, their blooms are fresher and are of better quality and with longer stems Utterly disappointed

My husband bought these for my birthday, some of the leaves were brown and rotten, one freesia was fully open, others were so tightly budded I doubt they'll ever come out, carnations looked dyed the colour was very artificial and there were four of them, what florist puts an even number of flowers in a box?

My daughter sent me 3 pots with little rose bushes in. Two pink ones are fine 0ne with yellow roses was disappointing nearly all dead. I don’t want to admit to my girl that I was annoyed and upset.

my mothersday flowers arrived late even though my daughter payed extra for early delivery and the flowers arrived tired, and limp , after tow day half the flowers are dead.

I have used moonpig for cards over a number of years now and more recently the cards quality has really gone down hill. The card I have recieved today the front cover over laps the back and its seams you no longer get and envelope with it.

Last year I bought flowers, dead and wilted on arrival recieved my money back. This year a dozen roses less than a week old dead didn't open, and the colour is nearly black they are so dark. So that's it no more Moonpig flowers, the Asda ones from the kids have lasted longer.
