I booked cards balloons teddy and wine for my sister's 40th birthday, they all arrived separately and the card and balloons arrived at 7.15pm at night . Sorry but I paid extra for the delivery that day , I would expect all items to come together and not separate. Felt disappointed. The actual products were very good just the fact that they arrived so late.
