Received a card and the card is lovely but I once again received no envelope to actually put the card in. Not really happy about the fact I have to give a valentine's Day card to my partner in a opened, horrible white card envelope that the card came in when it was delivered and also has my address on.

I've used Moonpig for many years, generally good but recently the attention to detail has been very poor, on two occasions received someone else's card and today received a card but no envelope. Thats not good, they painfully cannot cope with orders, time to consider other simular groups!

Trying to order multiple cards, for different people on different dates, is a nightmare on the Moonpig site.

Ordered the miniature orange tree as a gift for a relative. Pot was smashed on arrival. Plant was also poor - only two oranges (there are at least seven on the plant on the website picture) and partly brown leaves. They only use Yodel to deliver (who in my experience are a terrible courier company - have had numerous issues with them) I only gave moonpig two stars because they promptly refunded me - but that doesn't make up for the disappointment does it?

I ordered a card for my daughters 18th Birthday. After I placed the order I noticed that I had stupidly made a grammatical error. So I quickly went into the moonpig helpline/chat room to ask them to amend my error. The chap I was chatting with said that he had cancelled the order and refunded the £7.19 back into my account so I could correct the error and re order, which I proceeded to do. The day later my Daughter received two cards and two weeks have passed and still no refund. The products are great but please do not say that an order had been cancelled and a refund had been processed when both of these statements were not true and I now feel that I had been lied to.

I ordered two separate orders on 28/9/20.one to be delivered on 15/11/20 that didn't get delivered until 17th. The other for my boyfriends birthday 18/11/20 didn't arrive until after 6pm in a damp box (balloons) and damp cardboard envelope. Products where fine but deliveries terrible. Very very disappointed as it spoilt the surprise.

no idea why they use such rubbish couriers ! They delivered flowers to the site office, too lazy to ring the bell, on a Saturday morning of a bank holiday. Flowers sat in the office until Tuesday when it reopended ! Today they say they were "unable to deliver" a present and card ordered a week ago for my Great Niece's 2nd Birthday on Sunday.. They say they will attempt delivery on Monday !! What good is that? There were instructions to leave the parcel outside the apartment or with any neighbour (not many in the building of just a few apartments) there are also large post boxed capable of taking small parcels in the entrance hall ! USELESS ..... maybe ok for condolence cards that dont matter if delayed but otherwise will post a card and send a gift (less overpriced too) thru Amazon instead...

Generally a happy customer. They offer a convenience service which i have used a few times. However they cancelled one order literally a day before. These cards are meant for very emotional experiences and in this case it was a parent birthday. Also i expect these things can happen, however the customer service email notification was cold, no sympathy and no options presented. Also any refunds are not refunded to your card and left in the platform as credit availble on the account. Forcing you to use them again to use up the refunded money.

Very unhappy with Moonpig as they're invariably late. On one occasion I complained, not an easy process and they offered me a refund, which never arrived. I then ordered cards for delivery two or three days earlier than required but they're still late, later than their own estimates. Their so called funny card are in very poor taste and I wonder at the mentality of those who would buy such offensive cards for friends and family. It's a shame as the personalised photo card quality is usually good but if they're unreliable there's not much point in using them.

Moonpig clearly have had a breach of security allowing someone to place orders on my account. They did instantly refund the 3 amounts to be fair to them but did not appear to be surprised by this at all and made no effort to investigate or offer an explanation. When I asked if they had had data security problems they became quite shady, avoided the question and advised me to change my password. I've deleted my account with them altogether. Won't be using them again as their site is clearly not safe.

Flowers for my mums birthday arrived on time and at the time looked ok, however two days later all 4 Roses were wilting and dying! Contacted Moonpig and provided a picture to be told they will refund half as they could only see two wilting flowers! so far the refund hasn’t shown up. I won’t be using moonpig flowers again

Couple of orders in a row went to “processing” and were late, I had to chase them. When I queried the second issue, I tried to understand the error and said I was disappointed with the service and the customer service person “hung up” on me In chat. Very unprofessional. The products are good, but the service is unreliable. One of my orders was for an important birthday, and I felt let down.

I ordered 3 cards to be delivered to my address so that when needed I could post them out in time needed as a couple of times in the past I ordered 2 put dates down when needed and they never got there, But on receiving these 3 cards there are no plain envelopes inside. I know we are having a hard time with Covid19 but now I will have to go out and find the right size envelopes

I ordered a card and chocolates that were late in arriving and the message had vanished from inside. The box had also been damaged. They offered a refund but it took a bit of probing to get anything from them. They offered an extra £10 to say sorry for the delay but it never showed up. I also received two emails from Moonpig asking me to give them a 5 star rating. My husband ordered a card from them last year and that card came back with a mark down the middle. Fortunately they were able to replace it. I wouldn't give them a great review. If you want to know your gift is definitely going to arrive on time and without fault, go with Interflora. They have 5 star ratings for a reason.
