Very idsappointed with delivery times sending card to my grandson in Australia. It got there today April 2nd having been told it would be there March 27th earliest. This is really a shame as it has put me off using you again!

Very disappointed with the gift that I ordered with the birthday card for my son. It was a large box of Lindt chocolates and the box was crushed and torn. The card was perfect but reluctant to purchase a gift with a card in the future. I am practically house bound so have no time to buy a replacement from the shops as it’s his birthday tomorrow. The box that it was delivered in was too shallow.

Flowers sent from son, I trimmed and used flower powder but still brown edged carnations and sad looking gerbera on the day after delivery.

Moonpig do lovely cards. My only complain is that they don't put the card in an separate envelope. The envelope is to the person who ordered the card. So if you want to open it to look at the card you have to test open the envelope. Please put the card in a separate plain envelope. Anne wallker

I have ordered many times from Moonpig which is a very quick and efficient ordering service if you’ve left buying for a special occasion until the last few days. They are usually excellent and cannot fault them. However the most recent purchase was delivered and left outside my front door in full view of the main road and passers by, nobody had knocked rung the bell or anything to let me know it was there and I was purposely in all day !! Also there was not a spare envelope included as promised, for forwarding to a third party. I will still use Moonpig and hope these issues are just a one off.

I ordered a card for my daughter to be delivered 2 nd Feb and as yet it has not been delivered. I have contacted moo pig.com four times. They informed me on each occasion that they would resend the card and credit my account, to date no cards have been received and no refund has landed in my account. Very disappointed customer!!!

I ordered and received a lovely card from Moonpig but it arrived without an envelope, not handy when you need to post it 🙄

After 15 years happily ordering from Moonpig, I've now found another site. Twice this year, I've received cards without an envelope. The first time they put £5 in my moonpig account to compensate for inconvenience, but the second time I was told it's their new policy not to provide envelopes. What use is a card without an envelope?!

My Grandaughter paid £55 to have, what they thought to be, a beautiful box of fresh flowers delivered to their Grandmother for Mother’s Day. On the second day the heads began to drop off the lilies and turn brown and remain unopened, the leaves and petals on the other flowers were turning brown and by day three the gerberas had dropped completely. After a written complaint and photos of evidence Moonpig offered a £10 credit!! The customer service and after sales service is non existent and left my Grandaughter really distressed and feeling she had been ripped off. I see from previous complaints that thereare many people who have received similar shoddy goods without any recompense and something must be done about it. I did not get the five days freshness as their T&Cs guarantee and as I have photographic evidence to prove this, I shall be consulting the appropriate bodies to seek a full rebate for my dear Grandaughter. I received a large bouquet on Mother's day from my son. It was dreadful - blooms were battered and bruised and the roses were dried up and drooping. Some of the smaller flowers were already past their best. I managed to salvage a couple of lillies and gerbera but overall they were the worst flowers I have ever received

14/3/2021 just received flowers for Mother's Day from my daughter, arrived on time, but on opening a Gerber head fell off and petals falling off the chrysanthemums, as well as a broken stem, bit sad and wouldn't like to tell my daughter, just sounds ungrateful, so wouldn't recommend, 5 days of lasting freshness they say, I doubt it😔

Have used moonpig many times and usually happy enough with the goods. My last purchase was a mug and card. The quality was very poor and the photos were too dark. I contacted customer service and got replacements sent out which were exactly the same! The pictures I sent to the website were not dark but were very dark on the mug and card. I also received a card from the missus for my birthday and the transfer on the that card also looked too dark. Not sure what’s going on with the way in which the pictures are loaded onto the cards and mugs but it has put me off using again.

I ordered the Christmas bouquet for my daughter but the flowers were in a very poor state and mostly greenery. What flowers were in the bunch were half dead. and certainly not the £40 value that I had paid. So disappointing. And after all the bad reviews before this one (which sadly I hadn't read before I made the order) you would think that Moonpig would have more pride in their company. But to be fair they have offered me a full refund so I will give them 3 stars for that.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a "thinking of you" card for a funeral, to be delivered as close as possible to the funeral. I specified the day I wanted, and they have turned up 2 days early. Normally not a problem, but due to them being only useable on a specific day, I hope they don't wilt too much! And the card to go to the recipient has my address on it! While I did indeed have the goods delivered to my address....thank goodness!! I have not been supplied with an envelope to give the card to a grieving friend! The roses are also all brown tinged, which shows badly because it's an all white bouquet, and one side of the bouquet is squashed with the flowers flattened. Really ashamed to give this to my friend now, I'm very upset.

Waste of time and money. Still waiting on card which should have arrived 3 days ago. Too late but they have taken the money. I tried phoning...on phone for 14 minutes and gave up. Never use this company again. So annoying.
