Rubbish. Delivered 6 days early. Flowers were in rubbish condition. Looked like a cheap bunch you would get from a petrol station. Will never order from Moonpig again. I have used them for years but their customer service agent - Habib-was insensitive and did nothing

Scam merchants. Avoid £18+ on cards that arrived without envelopes...contacted them, they refused to send any out to me. Apparently you need to request envelopes. Been back through the purchase process, no option that can see to add envelopes...not that I would have been looking for the option as you kind of expect an expensive greetings card to come with an envelope. Wouldn't touch Moonpig again, nit even if they were the last card company on earth. They also don't respond to emails. Far better off using The Card Factory on line.

Moonpig did not send the birthday card that was ordered (and paid for)causing much embarrassment. When I realised that they had not fulfilled the order I contacted them via webchat. They offered to send a late card but tersely refused to include an apology to the recipient. I declined the hollow offer. If a company of that size cannot own its own mistakes then frankly they do not need my custom

Got shagged by a pop up I obviously missed that cost me £15 a month for two months until I spotted it. Some nonsense discount saving reward scheme I neither asked for or wanted. Moonpig response was pathetic. Never ever ever ever again. Stupid grasping loathsome idiots.

Ordered My Mum's mothers day card and flowers from moonpig.com on 10th March. They delivered it the next day 11th March. Mothers day is on 19th. Contacted Moonpig to complain and they said I should have left it later to order and that it was my fault. Needless to say the tulips I ordered were dead by Mothers day. Please do not give them your business they are worse than awful!

Bad quality flowers. They start to droop and die within a week. For £25 I'd expect a better life span than 7 days. Also, they use DPD to deliver them. The driver won't wait a few seconds for the door to be answered at the care home and will leave the box outside in the rain before driving off. Moonpig took DPDs side and said they followed their (DPDs) policy and thought it was OK to do this because the item wasn't damaged. DPD didn't care either.

I ordered chocolates and card for my mum for Mother’s Day. The box turned up without the chocolates. I contacted Moonpig using live chat which was useless. The advisor said that there was nothing they could do as the label on the box showed that the box weighed 200g when it was packed which meant that the item must have been in the box. I disputed this and the advisor ended the chat. I contacted moonpig for a second time and received the same response. If they do this to even a few customers they are making a lot of money for doing nothing and are ripping off children.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for £24 from moonpig. Would have been better off spending £5 in aldi. Shocking. So disappointing. Customer service online chat was useless and judging by what others have said, will probably get nowhere with email either.

So angry. It cost me nearly £40 for a gift and card for my daughter in law. I ordered in plenty of time but it arrived a day late. So bad as it was a special birthday too. Receiving your birthday present a day late is really not good enough. Have complained several times but am being ignored. All they send me are hideous surveys to fill in. Never use Moon Pig. The service is diabolical .

So very disappointed! Send a personalised card for Christmas to someone really dear to me and they received someone else's card!! Tried to contact customer services numerous times, but of course their working hours especially around Christmas was 9am-5pm.So very "convenient" for someone who works 8am-6pm.Hense,1 star and a customer less for Moonpig.com.

Not happy, ordered a card and two gifts to go to the same location on the same day (with more than a weeks notice) and they have charged me £4.99 twice for two deliveries! Not acceptable.....

They sent the wrong birthday card to my brother. Messaged to someone else from some other family! I guess someone else received his card!? It wasn’t even the same name! How could they mess that up?

They are taking money for orders they cannot fulfil and do not have a functioning customer service department. Ordered cards on 7th December, estimated arrival 10th December. This bears no relevance to Royal Mail strikes. One of the three arrived to another address in the south. My son order one on 12th December, arrived on 16th. Still waiting for my two that are way past my husband’s 50th and son’s 21st milestone birthdays so will go straight to the bin. Moonpig do not respond to emails, I’ve sent over 30. They do not have any other option besides a live chat bot that kicks you off due to inactivity and(believe me I’ve tried) activity. So they charge your card, don’t fulfil your order, ignore attempts to inform them and get a refund. Do not buy from them they are taking money fraudulently and knowingly.

I would use my free card that you have offered me, but the last time I ordered a fathers day card it didnt arrive, consequently I rang to complain and you said you would send another free of charge... which never came. You gave me a free card which I ordered for my sister in laws future birthday, however this card arrived the very next day - dispite my asking you to send it a few weeks later for her birthday, but you sent her three cards ! one would have been good. My fathers day card still hasnt come.. SO IVE GIVEN UP. Funky Pigeon is the way forward.

The card I ordered did not reach the intended recipient - instead a card was left by Royal Mail at the address the original card I ordered which was torn down the middle - was a completely different card and the personal greeting inside was for someone completely different and unknown to me - I went on to the Moonpig Chat complaints and all they offered was to resend by original card order but to arrive 3 days later so too late - they offered a refund or redelivery - I was offered no explanation - I expected a full refund and my order to be sent asap - this is outrageous - I was supposed to just shrug my shoulders and wait for the redelivery 3 days after the event - I personalised my card too and used a family photo so dont want some complete stranger to be in possession of my card. Also when I asked was I going to get a refund they said no because they were redelivering my order - in the enail I received it was as if I was simply doing an order and they simply doubled the original order amount that I paid and added goodwill no payment at side of their new total - it beggars belief - what kind of company does this - I asked for their Chief Executive’s email address - they said they dont have one - so do not buy from a company who treat wronged customers this way / every time I see their tv ads I see red - so every company should have a Customer Service and these 2 words do not apply to Moonpig - never again - dont buy from them - they dont have any clue how to manage errors!!!! This is the ripped card my nephew received from complete strangers - I wont include my card as personal.

I ordered the Christmas bouquet for my daughter but the flowers were in a very poor state and mostly greenery. What flowers were in the bunch were half dead. and certainly not the £40 value that I had paid. So disappointing. And after all the bad reviews before this one (which sadly I hadn't read before I made the order) you would think that Moonpig would have more pride in their company. But to be fair they have offered me a full refund so I will give them 3 stars for that.
