“4.5 Stars I really enjoyed using Moonpig for my greeting cards! The customization options made it feel so personal, and I absolutely loved the convenience of having the card printed and sent directly—huge time saver! The platform itself is mostly easy to use, but I did find the card creation process and font customization a bit clunky. It took some trial and error to get the text how I wanted, and I would’ve liked a few more visually appealing font options. Overall, though, it’s a great service and I’ll definitely be using Moonpig again!”

“I received the flowers my son sent today and was really disappointed. The blooms on the flowers are all wilted and the leaves are dropping off. What a rip-off. I asked my son not to use them anymore, shocking.”

“I love that I was able to customize cards with my favorite photos and personal messages to make unique cards!! Moonpig will print, label, stamp, and mail your card to the recipient or you can hand-write it at home or have it sent to you so you can hand deliver it. It is so convenient! I got two standard size (Christmas) cards for my kids’ teachers with their photos and names and one large size (Birthday) card for grandpa from my kids! My kids are excited to deliver the cards this week! I have photos of the cards to share but they will not upload. We love them!”

“Ordered my secret santa present ,after paying I was unhappy with the picture, so messaged moonpig to see if I could crop it ,they soon replied ,cancelled my order ,kept the money so I could just redo the pic without waiting for a refund or paying again which was a great help ,all this happened yesterday ,present delivered today ,wow thankyou moonpig”

“A little bit pricey for tracked delivery of just a card. Designed my own photo card which came out lovely and the writing and symbols were bang on. Chose a large card and got 20% off at checkout as bought a jar of retro sweets as an add on gift. Got delivered on actual birthday which I d planned. Quite pricey for card but the recipient was over the moon with both so was worth it in the end Use moonpig for all occasions and would give 95% review as had a couple of delivery issues in the past ... Royal Mail can be hit and miss to he fair...Moonpig can't control this I guess....Royal Mail aren't as good as they should be...so Moonpig my 'go to' most of the time. Love the gift ideas. Would recommend 👌”

“Very impressed with the flowers i received on Mother’s Day. Well packaged and in perfect condition with clear instructions on how to care for them. They weren’t fully open of course, but within a few days they were all in full bloom and lasted a good two and a half weeks! I kept them in a cool conservatory to see them better, rather than in warmer house conditions.”

“I've been using Moonpig for over a year now and i'm amazed at the quick turnaround and that cards etc can be delivered on a Sunday too which makes it super convenient. The cost of the card + postage is more or less the same as if you bought it from a shop and paid postage: the difference is its all done for you! My close friends and family have loved the gifts and cards i've sent, chocolates, beauty gift sets, personalised cups you name it! and I've also sent audio with a card as well. As a customer I am more than happy and I will stay with Moonpig!”

“I am fed up with all the negative comments so here is my positive one. I have used Moonpig for nearly 15 years and yes there have been some mistakes on the way, but customer service is brilliant and always managed to sort any problem out. I have tried other companies but Moonpig is the best. The choice of cards, the choice of gifts and flowers and plants have such a wide selection. Thank you Moonpig for being such an excellent service, I am a very happy customer, and will hopefully carry on for the next 15 years!”

“Ordered Giant car, mug and sweets with personalized pic on the app, all quite easy on your phone. Paid with credit card and all 3 items were delivered next day.second year I have used this service and no problem. Very pleased and will return. UK customer purchased 9.02.24”
