“4.5 Stars I really enjoyed using Moonpig for my greeting cards! The customization options made it feel so personal, and I absolutely loved the convenience of having the card printed and sent directly—huge time saver! The platform itself is mostly easy to use, but I did find the card creation process and font customization a bit clunky. It took some trial and error to get the text how I wanted, and I would’ve liked a few more visually appealing font options. Overall, though, it’s a great service and I’ll definitely be using Moonpig again!”

“I received the flowers my son sent today and was really disappointed. The blooms on the flowers are all wilted and the leaves are dropping off. What a rip-off. I asked my son not to use them anymore, shocking.”

“I love that I was able to customize cards with my favorite photos and personal messages to make unique cards!! Moonpig will print, label, stamp, and mail your card to the recipient or you can hand-write it at home or have it sent to you so you can hand deliver it. It is so convenient! I got two standard size (Christmas) cards for my kids’ teachers with their photos and names and one large size (Birthday) card for grandpa from my kids! My kids are excited to deliver the cards this week! I have photos of the cards to share but they will not upload. We love them!”

“Ordered my secret santa present ,after paying I was unhappy with the picture, so messaged moonpig to see if I could crop it ,they soon replied ,cancelled my order ,kept the money so I could just redo the pic without waiting for a refund or paying again which was a great help ,all this happened yesterday ,present delivered today ,wow thankyou moonpig”

“A little bit pricey for tracked delivery of just a card. Designed my own photo card which came out lovely and the writing and symbols were bang on. Chose a large card and got 20% off at checkout as bought a jar of retro sweets as an add on gift. Got delivered on actual birthday which I d planned. Quite pricey for card but the recipient was over the moon with both so was worth it in the end Use moonpig for all occasions and would give 95% review as had a couple of delivery issues in the past ... Royal Mail can be hit and miss to he fair...Moonpig can't control this I guess....Royal Mail aren't as good as they should be...so Moonpig my 'go to' most of the time. Love the gift ideas. Would recommend 👌”

“Very impressed with the flowers i received on Mother’s Day. Well packaged and in perfect condition with clear instructions on how to care for them. They weren’t fully open of course, but within a few days they were all in full bloom and lasted a good two and a half weeks! I kept them in a cool conservatory to see them better, rather than in warmer house conditions.”
