“My son ordered Mothers Day flowers & a card from me. When they arrived, the flowers were not fresh / up to standard & already wilting. We were both very disappointed. I contacted Moonpig & sent them a picture & they quickly agreed to replace the bouquet & apologised. My new & very stunning bouquet arru=ived the next day. An issue that was very quickly recified.”

“I made several successful investments with some brokers online before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. “Got flowers delivered for Mother’s Day sent by my daughter. Broken stems, yellow leaves, dead heads on flowers and absolutely stinking , must have been packed weeks ago. Tried to ring first thing I was 122 in the queue. Left it until 4 pm I was the 56 in the queue. Sent e-Mail and the said they would respond in 3 working days. Unbelievable.”

“I was treated to the rainbow bouquet of chrysanthemums which arrived very promptly. At first they looked slightly bedraggled but soon perked up with cutting the base of the stems which I do every two to three days with water change. They're still looking good after 22 days and whist the dried leaves had to be stripped the flower heads are still stunning, now supplemented with greenery from the garden.”

“I dont understand about all these bad reviews I have used moonpig a few times , never been happier such an easy site to personalize cards , and send gifts , although I've never sent flowers..delivery always good on time and quick too very happy with it”
