Joke of a company, Delivered a card and plant a day late than a specific date, as my mum was going on holiday the next day for 2 weeks and I wanted to make sure she got it before she went. DPD then delivered it the day after the arranged date ( today ) and left it on their doorstep, which obviously they are now not there. By the time they get back from holiday its likely the plant will be dead and card ruined. Moonpig gave "delivery credit" for the amount of the late delivery, but insisted they've done their Job and wiped their hands of it, with nothing else could be done even though the order wasnt signed for and is now left outside someones front door who wont be there until the 1st of next month. Absolutely shocking. Could have gone to tesco and got a plant and card at a fraction of the price if i wanted to do it all myself, now I've got to either try and get to my parents house and retrieve the plant, or just accept its going to be perished by the time they get home and buy them another one.

Didn't arrive. Given partial refund only due to exchange rates. Will never use their service again. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed with my order. I received a completely different plant than the one I ordered, and no prior notice was given about a replacement. Customer support offered only a small credit, which does not resolve the issue. I expected to receive the product I purchased and will think twice before ordering from this company again.

Shocking Service and delivery I ordered my 88 year old mother a birthday car and flowers nearly £50 worth DPD who Moonpig use have given me a delivery time off 1745 - 1845 nobody wants a card at 7 pm I spoke to a robot then a Brandon who said its up to DPD when they deliver if they had said 7 pm I would have arranged the delivery for the day before !!! Moonpig could, if they wanted to, say to DPD We will only use you if you deliver before 12noon, or we will use someone else, but they refuse. I've never used Moonpig before, and I'll never use them again, shocking service!

Spent €23 on 4 cards. They were sent together in a shoddy envelope not individually ( which was importantly as they were for twins) apparently as a cost saving exercise by a company that makes millions on profit a year, they don’t provide envelopes. I am astounded. I will never use them again.

I ordered flowers for a birthday present and paid the extra money for the large bunch when the flowers arrived. They were one of the smallest bunches would have been better to spend £10 at the local supermarket. When I raised this with Moonpig they said they were happy with the bunch and couldn’t see a problem because some of the flowers needed time to bloom but even allowing for this the bunch is tiny for the amount of money spent… very disappointed. Cards great… flowers awful. The card that came had an envelope with an annoying sticker on it but that was resolved.

Received yellow roses as a retirement gift from my niece, just dying off after less than a month. Not flowering, leaves dropping and stems turning brown

Bought two bunches of flowers due to bereavement. Had them sent directly to the receiver. Both arrived 3 days late, awful quality, practically dead!! £70 for 3 roses and the rest greenery! So disappointed!! Contacted Moonpig and yes the customer service was great. They sent new flowers due to my complaint, however same situation again. 2 days late and awful quality! Dead, ruined and straight in the bin.

Received a bouquet of flowers from our son for my birthday on 18th July, from Moonpig, first of all the box was dropped over a 6 foot gate, consequently one of the two Gerberas heads had broken off. The bouquet consisted of 2 Gerberas, 1 carnation, 3 sunflowers and 2 small like a lily shape very small, rest was foliage to bulk up. Absolutely disgusting. No sachets of food.

My partner ordered personalised celebration chocolates, a birthday balloon and a card which came to almost £40. Absolutely extortionate price, just robbing people blind. Best part is the balloon was already deflating and the chocolates were the smallest box possible with just a piece of happy birthday cardboard. I'd have expected a tub with happy birthday actually on the tub. Day light robbery. Not happy at all. Don't waste your money. Would have got much more in a supermarket.

Misleading delivery date options. When selecting the card and choosing a delivery date (and paying over £3 for that), you are led to believe that the card will be delivered on the date you selected. When the order confirmation comes through it says “from the date” you selected. Then card turns up 3 days late. £3.19 for almost a week’s delivery time. On top of that, very hard to find “customer services” to complain to.

I genuinely believed Moonpig would be the best choice for something special, two personalised cards and a mug to mark my husband’s milestone 50th birthday. One of those cards was from our six-year-old disabled son, who absolutely idolises his dad. So when the box marked “Delivery for someone special” arrived, I was hopeful. But only one card arrived with the box, mine. Not the one from our son, the one that mattered most. I gave it a day, thinking it might turn up. It didn’t. So I had to open the gift box, hoping some half-brained twit had packed it with the mug. Of course not. And just like that, the surprise of the mug was ruined. My husband opened his gift early with no card from his son. No heartfelt message. Just confusion and disappointment. A one-off moment gone. I reached out to customer support and ended up with Brandon, who, frankly, needs serious retraining. His tone? Arrogant. His attitude? Condescending. His empathy? Non-existent. Not once did he acknowledge the emotional weight of what had been lost. The card will turn up tomorrow, after the moment has passed, when my son is dressed, fed, and eventually hands a “Happy 50th” card hours into the day like an afterthought. What should have been joyful is now just awkward and upsetting. And after all that? No refund. Just a measly £5.99 store credit, as if I’m in a rush to order anything from them again. This wasn’t a minor oversight; it was a complete failure of care, both in service and response. You take people’s money, ruin their memories, and hand out pitiful credits like it’s a favour. Customer care shouldn’t feel like a fight. But it did. And it left me angry, deflated, and completely unheard. Part of my Order ref: 25175
