Ridiculously expensive delivery costs for small overpriced gifts (they tried to charge £4.99 for Each of three small gifts being sent to the same UK address = £14.97 !!!) Cancelled my Moonpig plus account with 9 months remaining (and have not been given any money back), now using funky pigeon for cards and Amazon prime for presents.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! They don't deliver on time, when l contacted them about it, all l got was an AI chat asking if l wanted it re-sent... which is bloody useless as the birthday had passed!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and l suggest you guys avoid completely!!! 0 stars!

Ordered cards for my dad 60th birthday. Allowed 4 days after expected arrival but they have still not arrived. So sad as I wanted to do something personalised & the moment passed. Still haven’t received the cards to date & they haven’t issued a refund. Extremely disappointing

They sent 2 orders instead of 1 and charged me double. Bunches.com is much better. I will tell everyone to use them. What should have cost 54 pounds has cost 108 pounds.

I have used this company for years with no problem. I tried to send a card today but they tried to charge me 10 pound for one card? I couldnt get out of joining moonpig+ so i cancelled the order and used a different card company.

A special important birthday card,promised for a certain day, never arrived, so it looked like we hadnt remembered! As I could see that it hadnt arrived by the promised date, I would have been just as angry if it arrived late!!! No phone number for Moodnpig,despite declaring you can chat with them, only a stupid robot that kept asking me if I wanted it re-sending. I didnt relaise/I should haven checked that Moondpig has a phone number as I NEVER deal with a company that only communicates by email! As the main raison d'etre for Moonp[ig is guaranteed quick,reliable delivery of cards etc on those occasions when using a company like Moonpig is quicker than buying & then sending a card youself, itm shoulod packm up & go. Hopefully - going by the terrible reviews, they will have to!! If they dont immediately refund me, I feel so angry about what happened that I'll take them to a small claims court! From Julia.

The flowers arrived dead. Definitely dead before dispatch. My mother is 88 years old with dementia. You refuse to communicate with me even though I have power of attorney. Moonpig are heartless & a disgrace!!!

Horrendous...my son bought these yesterday for me, 🤬 no telephone, cut off chat in customer services, dead, headless, brown, limp flowers. Disgusting!

Card arrived for friends anniversary , luxuryhamper didn't. Wasn't notified by moonpig , I had to contact them . They said they would resend the hamper at their cost ( I had already paid for that and it wasn't deivered) offered my £5 , then £10 credit to my account as a good will gesture. Sad it wasn't about the money , the moment had passed for their anniversary. Asked if they could add small bouquet of flowers as a good will gesture and was informed thy don't do flowers? . Account with moonpig now closed . Poor show , moonpig, expected better !

I ordered flowers for a specific day but were sent 3 days early. I believe there was a problem with a promo delivery code which I unticked and believe this also changed drlivery to next day. Fortunaty, there are other companies that supply cards and gifts, which I will give a try.

Dead and broken buds. Small rose bush that had obviously had other buds cut off. Wilted and loose on its side in the box. Tried twice to download photo but was told it had failed and would I try again. Now so upset about no one excepting responsibility for my dreadful birthday present

Don't use Moonpig. Service is awful. Card didn't arrive in time and the customer email service took 2 days to reply. Very upset by the whole experience and will NEVER use them again.

The flowers went to 30 Hill Estate, but because they got no reply, they ended at 87 Hll Estate, thanks for my daughter, she told them where to go. The flowers were awful. Also, my wife is Aelish not what you put on the front. Who the hell is Louise. I,m so not using you again.

I’m disappointed with Moonpig. My order was delayed by five days, and despite requesting a refund, I’m now being asked to pay an extra fee. The service has been unsatisfactory.

Printed my card wrong and then refused to refund me for it. Customer service was very dismissive then cut off the chat even though I hadn’t finished speaking to them. Will never use Moonpig again.

Half dead flowers arrived for my wife's birthday Flowers arrived for my wife's birthday, they were half dead, contacted moonpig, I was offered credit to my account or another bouquet of flowers, I opted for another bouquet, these arrived the next day, also half dead, contacted Moonpig asked for a refund, which they did. Moonpig need to look at their suppliers, as I will not buy flowers from them ever again

My flowers from my daughter in Australia,arrived squashed with the box not sealed. I hoped they would improve but they did not. Mostly branches and dead flowers. Arrived on Saturday gone by Tuesday. Rubbish
