My son partner and grandson sent me a card and flowers for mother's day..I don't know who delivered ..put on doorstep and left.the flowers looked ok.i sorted them into a large vase...Sunday morning when I got up ..the flowers looked on their last legs...it's took me hours to sort them today..I won't tell my son about the flowers but I won't be getting anything from Moonpig again..really really disappointed...

I just tried to send a card, a balloon and chocolates all in one to one mother at one address and it is trying to get me to pay delivery twice as two packages 🙄

The delivery was delivered at 9pm on the day of my sister in laws birthday and because dpd had had then for 48 hours in out for delivery status all the flowers were dead

Personalised cards didn’t arrive/weren’t received by Royal Mail. Moonpig have said they will refund which is good but I won’t trust them again and go elsewhere in future.

Don't touch them. Hubby paid £46 for flowers to arrive 28th February for birthday. Didn't come. Arrived Monday 3rd March. Frazzled roses in bunch. Even allowing for packaging and delivery it's not worth the money. Friend wanted gifts to arrive on my birthday too. Arrived late

Flowers not as shown on picture online. I bunch of daffodils ( £1 at most stores ) 5 tiny tulips and 3 weedy and thin Hyacinths. The pink foliage shown in the photo not included but obviously put in the photo to deceive, along with 20 daffodils, not 10 Only 1 packet of flower food not 2 as stated. Could have bought better quality at Tesco for £8.

They do not live up to the delivery dates even if you pay extra. Poor customer service, and insensitive customer service. I paid an additional $7.99 for speedy delivery, I did not get it and they would not refund me the money.

I had my first ever order from moonpig for valentine's day and I was very Disappointed with the flowers that came. I ordered the Rose pot. The flowers honestly looked dead & dull and two flowers were snapped off as well. It wasn't how it looked when ordered and yes I understand they aren't always but this was something else. I wish I went to get petrol station ones would have looked better. I so felt embarrassed to give to my partner, ruined our day, absolute disaster. When i complained they refunded half the price but this is not about money. Hassan Hassan

given them several chances. 3 orders were late even after paying for specific delivery date. Now Valentine card, gift and chocolates messed up. card not arrived, one gift was cancelled due to unavailability ... not notified until the morning it was supposed to arrive! Now after 2 valentine days and a birthday have been ruined, I am now done. will no longer be using the service. It used to be really efficient and fast, but not any more. Sadly Im finished. Can not risk late delivery or failiure any more. Im done!

A week late, and they sent to wrong address. Then you have to chat to a bot and then a human online, who will just tell you to contact Royal Mail to sort it yourself. Royal Mail say as Moonpig are the sender, I can't do anything. Finally got them to say they'll send a refund...waiting now on it.

If you can’t deliver a birthday card on, or before the birthday date, then you don’t really have a functioning business plan. You also don’t have a functioning customer service department. When I complained about a card taking 6 days to deliver, you offered ‘credit’ on my account. When I refused, you said you’d refund the amount paid . Still waiting …..

ordered a card, flowers and balloon. They charged me 3 x for P&P (5.99 x 3) even though they all got delivered at the same time and day by the same delivery person. when i spoke with customer services they where rude and unhelpful "this is because we had to use 3 different couriers" - 1) not my issue 2) the same person delivered at the same time? no other company i have ever used has charged multiple times for one order due to there in ability to "deliver" Flowers arrived near dead and nothing like what i ordered. disgraceful company with awful customer service. Would not recommend in any situation.

Dreadful-A present for me from cyprus,The chocolates and card were ok but the tiny rose plant arrived half dead,was thinking of using this system myself but if this is the quality I will find someone else,So bad,I dare not tell the sender.

Birthday flowers from my daughter. Supposed to be a large bouquet. They are awful. Cheap looking flowers damaged and broken. Very poor quality

This reviews is about a junior sports car experience I ordered from moonpig if I could give no stars I would ordered last August for my sons birthday in September phoned to book a day couldn't get any that year was told to call back January got in contact with moonpig but couldn't get refund because it was out of the 30 day policy. I call back January to book can't get a date until the end of July and can only book a Friday if u want to do Saturday or Sunday u need to pay a extra £25 so had to take that date because the voucher runs out in August 25, Then they wanted me to pay a further £50 incase there is any scaps or bumps on the day this should be stated before you buy the voucher will never ever order a voucher again absolutely shocking service..

I ordered a card 02 Jan, 2025 which never came. It was to to suprise my girlfriend and inform her of where we are going for her birthday. I booked a nice restaurant and the plan was to give her the card with the airplane tickets in it there. The card never came!  I used the chat function on their website to reorder the card, even though I won't be able to give her the suprise in a nice setting like a restaurant as that has been and gone!! The reordered card hasn't arrived either.  They have managed to ruin plans with something so simple as not being able to get a personalised card out to me.
