My son and his girlfriend ordered me some flowers for my birthday they came in a flattened box. The flowers were all squash and some were broken. They look awful. Why would you send flowers in a box that is an inch deep. They were left outside on the bin no one rang the door bell. Is this your usual way to deliver flowers. I don’t know who delivered them because they were just left outside.

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. On arrival, box was crushed at one end and some flowers were dead. None of them lasted 7 days. Complained to Moonpig but refused refund and only offered to replace them. Poor service and product

It's.my birthday and my family sent me some flowers from Moonpig They are rubbish. They look like a £5 bunch from Asda. They really should put more flowers in. Its disgusting that online flower sellers do this.

I ordered a card from here for Mother’s Day. It said to order by Wednesday for delivery on time I ordered on Tuesday. The card arrived the day after Mother’s Day. I don’t know that much about women, but one thing I have learned is that a card given the day after a holiday, no matter how nice, just gets counted as “you forgot.”

Having ordered a bouquet of flowers and paying extra for a larger bunch and extra for delivery I expected the flowers to be delivered not abandoned on the doorstep! I also expected them to vaguely resemble the picture online. How stupid of me! The flowers delivered were pathetic! Poor size, poor quality and frankly I was just embarrassed to have sent them at all!!! When I contacted "customer service" I got a cut and paste response about how you need to care for your flowers and to send further pictures in 24-48 hours to indicate the quality of the flowers then! I can see it now! "Hello friend, I'm still sorry for your loss but could I possibly intrude on your grief to take some more pictures of the embarrassing bunch of garage quality flowers we sent you!" Bravo MoonPig, you have managed to completely remove any possibility for someone to complain about your exceedingly poor products! All I wanted was an apology and to be assured that what had been sent was not the usual standard! We will never use this service again and will be sure to pass on that warning at every given opportunity.

Chronic dead flattened flowers delivered. Totally wicked as people order them for someone as a nice gift and arrive in such a state. Don't buy from moonpig is all I can say oh yes took photos and it won't allow me to show pictures

These flowers were received on Friday night. This is Monday and look at the state of then! Moonpig don't want to know. There was no gift card included so I don't even know who sent them to let them know how bad the overpriced flowers are. Moonpig have said they will contact them but then ended the chat. The advisor was very unhelpful and very abrupt in his manner.

Birthday card arrived 8 days late. Contacted Moonpig and they would only refund the postage cost as the card was received. A birthday card received 8 days late is worthless. Terrible service. Use another company, not these.

Disgusting I tried to stop card being sent to my friend who died suddenly. But "not able to cancel," not asking for refund just to stop posting. Which hadn't even been done.Her daughters are already devastated thanks Moonpig for you s... Service I will never use you again

Placed order for a card for my sister's 50th birthday. It arrived promptly but no envelope. What use if that if you are intending to post. Unhelpful customer service advised you need to tick for envelope. Really!!! I have never bought a card and didn't get an envelope. Won't be using again and will stick to funky pigeon who know who to operate.

Received a Lilium plant from my son for my birthday. Within a week then buds discoloured and dropped, as did the leaves. I was sent a replacement which has done exactly the same. (I note on reviews this has happened to others). This time Moonpig were not interested, sent me instructions for cut flowers!! (Despite it being a plant) Inferring it is my fault. I asked for a replacement of something different. I was told my son needs to request this. I am happy to inconvenience him, however it would be difficult if this was not a family member. So Moonpig would win. Despite being a customer myself...I won't be ordering from them again. Bad customer service.

I've been using moonpig for years. Every year I send my fiance gifts straight to her place of work. These gifts will usually contain multiple items, for example a hamper, with a card and flowers or flowers, with a bottle of prosecco and a card etc. Yesterday I placed an order for a bottle of Prosseco and a giant card which has been personalised detailing a surprise trip to Rome. Moonpig have now decided to change the way they do business. Instead of sending everything out together so that the recipient receives the entire order as one, they send items out separately. Meaning they charge delivery charges for EACH item and they also arrive SEPARATELY. My fiance has already received the bottle but not the card so the surprise of receiving both together has been ruined. After a lengthy live chat convo with moonpig, all I received was the usual robotic answers to my complaint. No apology, no understanding of the situation and no responsibility for their actions. I am truly gutted they have changed how they do business. Now I will have to find an alternative option to surprise my fiance in the future. Congratulations moonpig... you've joined the ever growing list of companies with 💩 customer service that do not care about their customers. You've just lost a loyal customer and I'm sure many more will follow once they realise what you have started doing!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers 🙁 started turning brown on day 5 , my mistake as I didn’t contact them until after the weekend day 8 , 1 day outside their guarantee for flowers !! I suggest you don’t buy flowers from Moonpig . Tried to upload photos but unable to …. If anyone wants to see them please email me 😊

Please do not order the prosecco as I got it for mother's day and it was flat no sparkling at all and caused me vomiting all night , no refund offered by Moonpig for my poor daughter who bought it to make my day special , it made it a mother's day to remember but for all the wrong reasons . I won't be shopping here again

Flowers arrived in a dreadful state delivered by DPD. Blackened roses, carnations with their heads chopped off, antirrhinum hanging off their stems, truly awful. Incredibly disappointing delivery for Mother’s Day.
