Always 'lost in transit' - never ever arrive on time. So untrustworthy.

Disgusting I tried to stop card being sent to my friend who died suddenly. But "not able to cancel," not asking for refund just to stop posting. Which hadn't even been done. Her daughters are already devastated thanks Moonpig for you s... Service I will never use you again

Placed order for a card for my sister's 50th birthday. It arrived promptly but no envelope. What use if that if you are intending to post. Unhelpful customer service advised you need to tick for envelope. Really!!! I have never bought a card and didn't get an envelope. Won't be using again and will stick to funky pigeon who know who to operate.

Received a Lilium plant from my son for my birthday. Within a week then buds discoloured and dropped, as did the leaves. I was sent a replacement which has done exactly the same. (I note on reviews this has happened to others). This time Moonpig were not interested, sent me instructions for cut flowers!! (Despite it being a plant) Inferring it is my fault. I asked for a replacement of something different. I was told my son needs to request this. I am happy to inconvenience him, however it would be difficult if this was not a family member. So Moonpig would win. Despite being a customer myself...I won't be ordering from them again. Bad customer service.

This company has lost it way and is shocking on many many levels - they make billions of pounds in profit but sadly they are so big they get away with it

I've been using moonpig for years. Every year I send my fiance gifts straight to her place of work. These gifts will usually contain multiple items, for example a hamper, with a card and flowers or flowers, with a bottle of prosecco and a card etc. Yesterday I placed an order for a bottle of Prosseco and a giant card which has been personalised detailing a surprise trip to Rome. Moonpig have now decided to change the way they do business. Instead of sending everything out together so that the recipient receives the entire order as one, they send items out separately. Meaning they charge delivery charges for EACH item and they also arrive SEPARATELY. My fiance has already received the bottle but not the card so the surprise of receiving both together has been ruined. After a lengthy live chat convo with moonpig, all I received was the usual robotic answers to my complaint. No apology, no understanding of the situation and no responsibility for their actions. I am truly gutted they have changed how they do business. Now I will have to find an alternative option to surprise my fiance in the future. Congratulations moonpig... you've joined the ever growing list of companies with đŸ’© customer service that do not care about their customers. You've just lost a loyal customer and I'm sure many more will follow once they realise what you have started doing!!!!!!!!!

Please do not order the prosecco as I got it for mother's day and it was flat no sparkling at all and caused me vomiting all night , no refund offered by Moonpig for my poor daughter who bought it to make my day special , it made it a mother's day to remember but for all the wrong reasons . I won't be shopping here again

I had some flowers for mother's day. Some were already dead and the others didn't last long. Don't buy flowers from Moonpig.

Flowers arrived in a dreadful state delivered by DPD. Blackened roses, carnations with their heads chopped off, antirrhinum hanging off their stems, truly awful. Incredibly disappointing delivery for Mother’s Day.

My son sent me a bouquet of roses for Mothers Day. Really disappointed! The roses looked faded and there were 11 roses, 6 pink and 5 white which seems a strange amount as would have thought should be 12. I can’t tell my son who would be so disappointed to know they were second rate but wouldn’t recommend Moonpig Flowers at all. Probably not the quality expected because it was Mothers Day and should think the same might apply for Valentines Day or any other busy celebration day. Not worth the money!

Again Moonpig! Mother’s Day flowers and card arrived today by DPD! The box was completely bashed and split open, card bent and flowers with many heads broken off, probably because they had been stored upside down and half dead. This is the second time, plant for my birthday arrived with a fungal disease, died. As others have experienced, moonpig won’t deal with me and didn’t want to disappoint my daughter in America but this time I’ve told and suggested we find another way to celebrate. One star is too much.

Yesterday I received a card and gift from my son for mother's day. A tin of shortbread, which I haven't opened yet but the packaging was bad. The tin was in a box with no packing around it and so was moving around in the box. The tin lid was off so the cellophane wrapped biscuits were loose and the tin was badly dented. I haven't told my son as he would be upset that I didn't receive it in perfect condition. I know the royal mail delivered the box but if there had been packing around the tin it would have been fine no matter if the box had been knocked around.

My daughter ordered me some Holdsworth Mother's Day chocolates. Only 9 chocolates in the box for ÂŁ14, in date until July this year but tasted fusty. Supposed to be a mixture of pralines, creams and truffles and out the 9 chocolates there were strawberry creams, orange creams, salted caramel and white chocolate rather than the more expensive pralines and truffles, overpriced and not nice tasting chocolates.

Mother’s Day flowers arrived today for tomorrow so I was expecting them to be at least fresh & looking like what I ordered. They arrived half dead and limp, brown dying petals and what a let down. This is the last time I order from you. I’ve Deleted the app and told everyone not to use you or purchase flowers off you. Waste of money, kids upset & nowhere near value for money.

My children and I ordered flowers and a card for my wife for Mother’s Day and paid for delivery to be for today. Their courier DPD leaves it somewhere else that we cannot trace. I contact Moonpig and they won’t even pick up the phone to contact their courier to get them to get the parcel to the correct address! It’s 2024 and they won’t even speak with their couriers! Absolute disaster and feel sorry for my kids and my wife for tomorrow! Avoid this company unless you want to deal with a company’s whose communication and customer service is stuck in the Stone Age!!!

Pathetic. A company that advertises; order now in time for Mother’s Day then doesn’t develiver in the timeframe stated and can’t provide any tracking details. When speaking a keyboard warrior all you get is “not our fault it’s Royal Mail” and a total lack of acceptance of responsibility. Second time let down this year. Never use again.

Trying to scam customers with a trick advert is the lowest of the lows. How many people have you duped??
