I would give zero if able,shocking state of flowers, some of the roses were half dead petals brown and curling up,they lasted 2 days in vase before being binned sent as gift to me also chocolates sent almost up to their sell by date,asked family member to complain as feel they were robbed! Disgusting quality!

Shocking service by Moonpig. Did not fulfil delivery as selected with a week notice, you pay extra to select this service. Made out it’s a dispatch date you select but it’s not it states delivery date. Was cut off abruptly from the chat by Rhys. I have ordered with Moonpig for years, this is the worst service , clearly something has changed.

I ordered a plant to be delivered as a birthday gift. Arrived upside down and damaged, supplied pictures but was told they would need more pictures to review with the wrapping off. The damage was to the top of the plant which is completely unwrapped in the images I supplied. Left me on live chat for over half an hour to tell me I need to ask for more pictures despite the damage being visible. Unacceptable service. Will not use again, more reliable alternatives available.

Be very careful using moon pig as they sell your online information online to sham companies that already has your information provided by your purchase from moon pig to withdraw money from your bank account company's sick as complete savings act I have had over £2000 come out of my bank in the last year and have had nothing resolved so I then had to pay my celisator to get to the bottom of it and have it resolved a birthday card should never cost you thousands of pounds in the long run and to add to that my corner shop has a better selection my advice cash is king dont use online moonpig tar

What a rip off i got my wife a rose plant for Christmas and a card it cost just under £40 when it arrived i checked the price against supermarket price which was £2 and about £3 for a card.The whole thing is a total rip of.Never use them again

I’ve been using Moonpig for a while without issue. BUT recently they sent a free postcard in my basket charging me postage which I hadn’t authorised. They then offered Christmas card in time for Xmas if I bought a gift. I ordered the gift and card and yet it was out for delivery on 27.12. Too late for xmas. I was then told I needed to tick a particular box and yet I clicked on their advert ! Customer service was dreadful. It took an age and they just said they were sorry and understood how frustrating this was for me. Apparently they have refunded my money but I haven’t received it yet. I feel like they are extracting money under false pretences. I will not be using them in the future.

This company is terrible. The direct to email coupon codes they gave me don't work and then I'm given the run around by customer support that last for days with no help. Actually, customer support has no knowledge and is completely useless. Waste of time and energy. This company will go under soon. It's a bad business with terrible customer service.

Ordered 3 cards, none were delivered, I tried nearly 6 times to contact customer support and either nobody answered, or they answered with a generic response and then never helped. Eventually I got the cards resent, but those also never arrived. I then tried contacting customer support once again and received no response and then an email asking me how they did handling my problem, even though they never actually tried to help or answered my emails. I will never use Moonpig again, it's such a waste of money and time, and their customers support team is brain dead and needs proper training.

The card itself was great but delivered too late for a significant birthday occasion; absolutely gutted. Order placed 11th December, 1st class Royal Mail post. Despatched by Moonpig same day but delivered 18th. Perhaps Moonpig should give up on Royal Mail and use a more reliable courier. I wouldn't use moonpig again for this reason unless timescale wasn't important.

Moonpig used my bank card details without my consent. They sent a 'free' Christmas card to someone in my address book! Then deducted postage costs from my bank account. The postage costs have already been deducted from my account with no authorisation by me. This is surely fraudulent practice? I have deleted my bank account details from their site but too little too late for me. Please be aware that this could happen to you

I have used moonpig in uk without any problems. BUT a card to my son in law last summer never arrived. I found out weeks after his birthday. But I was verrry disappointed that a large card ordered for my grandson 5 days before his birthday has not turned up. It was dispatched on the 4th day after ordering (?!) I have complained to moonpig and it seems they dispatch only 2 days pre date needed(as post takes 2-5 days ) And they are issuing another card.....what little 4 year old is happy to receive a card more than 2 weeks past his birthday? I do not need a card NOW. A very disappointed customer.

Since speaking to my bank I have just been informed moonpig.com somehow sign me up to a monthly subscription of £15 a month which they have been taken out of my bank account since February I used this site once I bought one card ever never bought one more and they have been taken this out of me every month be careful use in this site they are nothing but scammers

Waited over a week for my daughters birthday card to arrive. Received a week after her birthday. Customer service refunded the money back, but wouldn’t cancel my membership with them, as I told them I would never order again off them. All she said was it was past 14 days so I can’t cancel, yet they can send a card out a week late with no consequences.

I ordered 7 cards, all the same, all standard size but with different names printed on the front. One of them was delivered as a giant card, even though I didn’t alter the card size during the ordering process. It cost a fortune and is so ridiculously large from one person that I can’t even use it. I contacted customer services but they (Aaron) basically said that even if it was a technical glitch I should have spotted it. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never ever use moonpig again.

Interesting hus read other feedback 🙄🙄🙄Paid for card and next day service. Unfortunately left with muck on our faces as no card has arrived despite next day delivery. The importance of a family card delivered on time on a special birthday cannot be over emphasised. Hugely disappointed with the service. Offered a refund but this does not negate the importance of a special occasion which has been spoilt. Disgraceful

Booked delivery for the 8th nov and took day off , never arrived and we are now away on holiday so has ruined surprise for my wife . Level of customer service was appalling , attitude was very much “ tough” , advised that deliveries are regularly 48 hours late!! Shocking

Ordered a simple card a week in advance to arrive at a hotel we were staying at. The service team were giving me attitude straight after the order and it didn't arrive on time. Paid £8+ for that rubbish

My wife’s 67th birthday. I order a card and a box of chocolates. What arrives? A jumper!! I mean, how incompetent can you get. What did they say? We’ll refund your money. That’s big of them seeing as they cocked this up!

I ordered a birthday card for my sister, it did arrive on time ebut unfortunately they had not put the message I sides my sister did not know who had sent it. Very poor. From Jennifer Pessoa 07767662719. So have only given one star.
