Used to think moonpig was brilliant but its really gone south recently, 2 special occasions ruined through poor service/missed delivery/ not fulfilled expectations. Really suggest going elsewhere!

Ordered for Father’s Day , order was never dispatched and then cancelled after I queried it, ordered again for a second time and yet again order was cancelled!!! Not happy at all

Appaling service. Ordered 'special card and gift. Gift did not arrive on firts delivery. On second delivery after i engaged with the 'Chat' line resulted in wrong item being delivered. Item re ordered via 'Chat line'. Not sure if and when that will be delivered!! Chat line service was terrible - no apology, no explanation, just a response saying the agent was 'not responsible for the delivery'. Will never use them again and will actively discourage anyone from doing so. To that end - all review readers - heed the advice I am giving and use a different company that will deliver on its promise to 'mark a special occasion' ..... read the other reviews of similar experiences - I wish I had!!

I ordered a card for my daughter's 30th on 9th June. I ordered in good time the previous Sunday. It hadn't arrived by the Wednesday or the Thursday so on the Friday I queried it. They weren't one bit bothered just said they would re-order, despite them saying they knew it wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's special birthday. No offer of a refund, just a re-order, despite them failing their delivery promise. It is now the 13th June and the re-order still not arrived despite being promised first class delivery. Again on speaking to them just a re-order which allegedly will arrive in 1-3 days. They will not give me a refund despite the non appearance of the card twice, there is absolutely no goodwill from this company or empathy. I will never use them again and also will discourage others to

Ordered a first class delivery for a birthday card that has not arrived 7 days later. While I appreciate the delay may be caused by the postal service, the response from Moonpig customer service ‘bot’ was shockingly bad. Second time this has happened, I will not be using them again.

Failed to send 2 cards that coat £15.00 with delivery. Refused to call as they have no number. Offered to resent in 3 working days at which point was too late. Asked to confirm I would get a refund and told they do not send emails to confirm this. Worst experience ever!!!

One chance to impress - my first time using Moonpig and my last. Paid for first class and the card didn't arrive until three days later. Compensation was a money off voucher but as I won't be using Moonpig again it was rendered useless. Asked for a refund but they advised they don't offer refunds. Not impressed.

I used Moonpig to send a birthday card to my 93 year old dad. It never arrived in time for his birthday and I received an email yesterday saying they were working hard and it should arrive in 1-3 days. As the event has now passed I asked for a full refund only to be offered a 30% voucher. Disgusting when you pay for first class postage and they refuse to refund when they clearly haven’t provided the service advertised

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with your services. Over the past few months, I have placed two separate orders with Moonpig, and both times, I have been let down significantly. In both instances, my orders were either delayed or incorrectly processed, causing considerable inconvenience and disappointment. The reliability and quality of your service have proven to be far below the standard one would expect from a company of your reputation. Given these repeated issues, I regret to say that I have lost faith in Moonpig’s ability to deliver as promised. Your service has not only let me down but has also damaged the trust and expectations I had from your business. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your service quality to avoid similar disappointments for other customers in the future.

Awful customer service, flowers arrived half dead!! an elderly client of mine received flowers for a birthday present and they were in such a bad way that I said I would email the company for her-there reply is they can only deal with her or the sender!! Elderly and frail lady with no access to emails ! So they can’t deal with me !!! Awful don’t buy flowers!!!

Terrible service, had a 18th birthday card ordered, ordered it Sunday, it said arrival Tuesday the 4th (his birthday) complained to moonpig that card hasn't arrived but they said don't worry the card will be there Wednesday,, total rubbish service, I'll be switching now to FUNKY PIGEON and cancelling my subscription

I ordered a high value £15 big card on a Thursday - got Royal Mail note to say sent to wrong depot. Planned for Sat delivery arrived Tue midday, RM even left it with an unknown neighbour. Had a long call centre chat to get my money back. Blanked by Centre. Escalated complaint and their marketing Dept still refusing refund. It is not 1-2 day delivery. Be warned - I think the Anti-Christ of marketing must be in charge. Things seem to be awry - is anyone really in charge with a logical marketing brain? You decide - read https://www.marketingweek.com/moonpig-marketing-spend-payback/ and make your own decision. Also major equity investors selling up and getting out. Somethings going wrong methinks. Look at others reviews to make your own judgement

Having used Moonpig over the years . My thoughts have not been happy with this company as it is inconsistent. Gifts & cards just don't arrive & who's to know ? Flowers arrive a lot smaller than what's advertised & invariably not fresh. Stick to just a card & don't reach out any further if you don't want to be disappointed with this company.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent £27 on a card and present. It did not arrive and their only solution was to resend it - 3 days after the birthday and party. What is the point of that! No offer of a refund not even a credit of the same value. I strongly advise you DO NOT USE Moonpig.

I am so frustrated with this app losing cards half way through processing, or it won't upload photos. Gone to Funky Pigeon, it's alot easier.
