I've never had a problem with them before. Last order was probably a year ago. May be they have seriously gone downhill. Anyway, ordered a card and it didn't arrive. They have re-sent it and it still hasn't arrived. I doubt they're even sending them out as for 2 to get lost in transit would be very odd!

What a shocking delivery and attitude. I am seriously disabled and have a sign on the door. The delivery was just left outside and I had to phone to get help. The courier said when asked why he didn’t knock “ We dont do that” also no customer phone number just a stupid unhelpful chat line. Advice, don’t use them. Never again.

My Daughter lives in America and bought a box of Baileys chocolates for my Xmas present, the same for my Daughter, her sister. My sell by date was 30/01/25 and my Daughters was already out of date. I tasted one of the chocolates and it tasted bad, stale. I tried to upload the photos I took but it didn't work, my Daughter is really upset about this, it's Xmas for crying out loud.

My friend ordered a card and a bottle of champagne for my 60th. She placed the order on 5th December to be delivered by 7th December. My 60th was on the 9th December. Got back from shopping today 19th December to find the card in the letter box and no sign of the champagne, 12 days late, very disappointing

Your advert for funny cards popped up on my feed. They weren’t just rude, they were disgusting. Won’t be using Moonpig again. Very disappointed.

4 days after the event date, was the earliest the Moonpig bot would even acknowledge me, and still said I had to wait until 3 days, who said AI would take over the world? Asked for an advisor, then an online one appeared Adam, refund or resend, seemed like take it or leave it, probably hardened by the customer anger and frustration. Not nice to be let down by Moonpig and not for the first time.

Use Funky Pigeon instead. I have now had 2 separate occasions when the Moonpig card did not arrive. I have never had that problem with Funky Pigeon

Disgusting rip off! These arrived today in an awful state! I believe the buyer paid £28.00 for them! This company gets away with murder!!! Difficult to complain as the buyer is disappointed at being ripped off and for the upset it causes for the reciepient, so many don't complain because of this. Moonpig sends them out without water, not like florists and they know they can get away with it!

I ordered two items which stated they were letterbox items so would go through a standard letter box. I received an email stating they were left with a neighbour. All Moonpig say is that I should have left further delivery instructions, but why should I need to if they say they will go through a letterbox. Totally misleading description about the items.

One of the images on my card was partially missing. I realise it was our mistake but tried to resolve the issue. I dialled the customer services number and kept getting "incorrect number" message. I tried live chat 3 times and each time got diverted to pay to become member form. What cowboys! They will definitely not get my custom again. Customer services is non existent

So many attempts to scam you in to signing up to monthly subscriptions or cashback plans which charge you. Purposely made misleading to trick you into it. Won't be using again.

Card not delivered, trying to get hold of "Support" is useless, now I am taking this up with my credit card company. I would suggest other people pay with theior credit cards and take any issues with the card company. Moonpig support is hopeless

Having already put an order in costing £29.18 inc £4.99 p&p I received an email the next day saying that p&p is free to Moonpig Plus members throughout October. No Customer Service phone number available and no refund of p&p given.
