Awful customer service, flowers arrived half dead!! an elderly client of mine received flowers for a birthday present and they were in such a bad way that I said I would email the company for her-there reply is they can only deal with her or the sender!! Elderly and frail lady with no access to emails ! So they can’t deal with me !!!
