I used Moonpig to send a birthday card to my 93 year old dad. It never arrived in time for his birthday and I received an email yesterday saying they were working hard and it should arrive in 1-3 days. As the event has now passed I asked for a full refund only to be offered a 30% voucher. Disgusting when you pay for first class postage and they refuse to refund when they clearly haven’t provided the service advertised
