Wrong persons card sent to me. I ordered a personalised card form y wife's birthday. A special day and moonpig don't give a damn and ruined it!! If I wanted I could have got a card off the shelf. But I wanted to personalise it. And they sent someone else's card to me. Phillip in customer services is useless no help whatsoever. Didn't even attempt to help or even compensate. I ordered early for it to arrive for 20.6.2024. Glad I opened the envelope to check.
Avoid unless you want your special person's day messed up by these clowns!!!
