A week late, and they sent to wrong address. Then you have to chat to a bot and then a human online, who will just tell you to contact Royal Mail to sort it yourself. Royal Mail say as Moonpig are the sender, I can't do anything.
Finally got them to say they'll send a refund...waiting now on it.
