Misleading delivery date options.
When selecting the card and choosing a delivery date (and paying over £3 for that), you are led to believe that the card will be delivered on the date you selected.
When the order confirmation comes through it says “from the date” you selected. Then card turns up 3 days late. £3.19 for almost a week’s delivery time.
On top of that, very hard to find “customer services” to complain to.
