Do not use them. Terrible service. I ordered a personalised Xmas card on 19th November for my brother, his wife and new born baby boy. I waited patiently until 2nd of December before chasing up where the card had got too. I was told by there customer service that it had "most probably been lost in transit" and that Moonpig will be re sending the card that same day (2nd December)... I then waited TWO WEEKS for the second "replacement" card, but once again it was a no show. I got in touch with customer service and requested a refund as I am not happy with there terrible service! I was told this Monday just gone 14th December that they have issued the refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to enter my bank account 4 days later... Let's see what happens... All I can say is DO NOT use Moonpig! After all the agro it has caused me I wish I'd just gone to a shop and got a card! Which I've now done. Will not be using Moonpig again, that's for sure.
