Discusting service and customer service.
I ordered a card and a gift to be delivered on a specific day. When I received an email to say it had been delayed I contact customer services for a refund. I spoke to a girl called Samantha who informed me a refund was not possible. When I said I won't be using your company again she said no problem. Awful!!
