How is wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Moonpig. Never again. I ordered balloons and a bottle of Moët champagne to be delivered for a very special 21st Birthday. The balloons arrived but no champagne, although the e mail confirmation I received stated both items had been delivered. Had I not mentioned the champagne when chatting with the recipient I would have been completely unaware, as they thought I had sent the balloons only. After a string of messages I was offered £5 credit towards my next order. That will never happen. Poor service and poor complaint handling.
