Made the mistake of ordering a dozen (not cheap) red roses from Moonpig.
Arrived looking shabby with two broken stems - I emailed immediately asking for refund or replacement. Nine days later they replied to my email saying my email address wasn't correct (?).
No offer of refund or replacement, no apology made. Won't be using again and am deleting account.
