Had orchid plant and card delivered. Orchid had obviously caught cold. Tried complaining but they couldnt find order. Said it must have been from somewhere else. Though in moonpig box with moonpig card inside. Sender is in isolation and couldnt possibly have delivered this. Unless I could get in contact with sender nothing could be done.......
Sender is having a very difficult time so didnt want to trouble her. Dont bother with moonpig, quality of plant rubbish and they cant even find order when you do complain.
