I ordered a card a week before my friends birthday. I was asked for the date I wanted it delivered but It did not arrive. On contacting customer services I was told that it should arrive within the next week and that this was within their accepted time frame!
They are expensive and a complete waste of money if the cards don't arrive on time. I will not use them again.
