I ordered a birthday card for a friend but after I completed the order I noticed that it was going to be dispatched immediately ... due to covid..... not happy with this I went onto the virtual assistant to cancel this order and thought it had been done by someone called Connie but I keep receiving messages saying my card will be delivered.
I don’t want this card delivered find this really frustrating and time consuming but it seems this card cannot be cancelled.
I have been given a credit as goodwill gesture but when that is used.. bye bye moonpig
