Don’t bother
I sent my 82yr old dad a gift and card for his birthday. Royal Mail said the postage hadn’t been paid. Contacted moonpig and they weren’t interested. Wouldn’t give me a refund unless Royal Mail returned the items. I had paid for delivery today. Happy birthday dad.
