No customer service, only email and questions were not answered.I spent £23 on a balloon for my Grandson's birthday party. They took over a week to deliver this and the party had been and gone!! When I asked to have a next day delivery they said "No, it is Father's Day weekend and we are too busy."
Next time I will buy a balloon from the local shop at a quarter of the price and be served by polite , helpful staff to boot.
RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF AND EXPENSIVE POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS - AVOID. They probably were on the moon for all poor response I received.
