Really poor customer service! Have been using their services for a number of years. Most cards arrive on time. However my recent experience has led me to look elsewhere for online cards. Paid a lot extra for guaranteed Monday delivery. The card never arrived for our Anniversary. Had to fight for a partial(!) refund. Sent email, but no help there. Then I used their webchat. Was only offered refund of postal charges, but still hadn't even received the card! I kindly requested a full refund, but was told to await the delivery of the card, RETURN IT...and only then could I get a full refund. Very poor show Moonpig.
