Sent a personalized card and flowers for mum's first wedding anniversary as a widow ordered my dad's favorite flowers.
Flowers arrived damaged and not mixed colours only 1 colour
Instead of personalized card it was an apology card that my personalized card was not sent due to mix up
Really upset my mum seeing my dad's favorite flowers all destroyed in tiny box not fit for purpose
