It’s simple the birthday card I spent time and love making didn’t turn up. It’s simply not good enough. I was offered a refund and told the card was lost in the post without looking into it. Passing the blame I think. I won’t be using Moonpig again as it’s not reliable and the customer service wasn’t adequate enough. Sorry
