I sent a card for my son's birthday who went to university for the first time thousands of miles away. I spent a lot of time selecting photos and customising it. The website confirmed delivery on his birthday but he never received the card. Upon contacting Moonpig said the card must have been lost and they are refunding me and giving me five pounds credit. I asked to resend the card so at least he gets it. But they refused to send another card.
It was a disappointing experience with a not so polite or compassionate customer service rep.
Please beware. They promise what they cannot keep and don't even have the decency to make up for it. I can see from the reviews that they have done the same to many!
