Ordered a personalised bottle of champaigne - the label was applied with no care - scrunched up, air bubbles and all wonky. This should have been spotted before dispatched.
Their customer service is worse that their quality - no option to send out a replacement or receive a full credit as 'you have received the order'
A company is judged how they deal with things when they go wrong, Moonpig fail big time !
