I ordered two cards to go to the same address at the same time.
One for My Daughter and Son In Laws anniversary and one for my Daughters birthday.
Only one turned up, I made a complaint was told they would get back to me in 24 hours and I am still waiting 11 days later.
Took the money quickly enough.
This is not the first incidence so won’t be using them again.
Very unhappy, given both cards were to the same address and orders at the same time.
