Ordered a Christmas card for my wife on 21st, told it would arrive for Xmas.
Christmas Eve it had not arrived, contacted customer services, only got response from their auto bots saying if it had not arrived next day to contact them. Next day , same response and the next.
Will not use this company ever again.
