Valentines card never arrived 😞
Ordered in plenty of time, was Due Saturday 12th nothing.
Received earache off the missus and it ended up costing me a holiday for her and a friend in Palma 😆
On a serious note never had a problem with them before but with so much competition about shall not be using again.
What disappointed me the most was the customer service bot closing the chat halfway through.
