The card failed to arrive
Moonpig failed to taken any action or give any explanation despite several reminders form me and promises from them. They just keep sending me inducements to use their services. Mistakes happen but appalling customer service is inexcusable.
That's theft Moonpig ! Disgraceful. Give me my money back Plus compensation.
