I Ordered a gift and Card for my friends birthday 15 days before her actual birthday. At 17.24pm on the evening before her birthday I received an email stating "They are very sorry that the gift I had ordered was out of stock" Therefore no card/ present for my friend
Moonpig had plenty of time to inform me of this problem and ask me to choose an alternative and still deliver the gift and card on time!! Will never use Moonpig again
