I would have given zero stars if software allowed. I ordered perfume that was clearly out of stock although it showed as in stock. Paid for tracked next day delivery . After 3 days contacted them to be told the item was lost in the system. After investigation told item wasn’t in stock and offered me credit for future orders. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 10 plus days for a refund. I don’t appreciate moonpigs business strategy Of showing false stock in order to get funds and will avoid in the future .
