Ordered a birthday card for my nephews 11th birthday. The card finally arrived 18 days after the order date which meant his birthday had passed and I couldn’t give him a card!
very embarrassing and disappointing! I understand it’s a busy time of the year but why take orders if you fail to fulfill?
