I ordered a gift ... the advert said if uou order a gift, the card will be free...but I was charged for the card. When I queried this via chat, I was told I should have entered a promotion code...however, as I explained I did not see it. Was told is too late to do anything about it. When I expressed this was not right a d would write a review , was told 'sorry you feel like this...have a good day'. How patronising! Will not be ordering from moonpig again. Plus the delivery was due yesterday...Still not arrived! But at least a refund for the delivery charge was offered.
