Twice now been let down by moonpig in December my son ordered 3 birthday cards well in advance they didn’t arrive until 3weeks after birthday had passed and customer service was not very helpful at all. Last week ordered another birthday card which arrived quickly but with no envelope! When you pay £5.99 for a card plus delivery you expect an envelope got in touch with them on behalf of my son as he was at work and they wanted order number and email I provided these and was told data protection they needed my son to get in touch absolutely ridiculous will never buy from them again they have lost 2 customers
