Would give 0 if an option.
Used the service for many years without a problem.
Recently sent a card and wrote a message inside, however when recipient recieved the card there was no writing inside.
Spoke to customer services and they said I left it blank.
I definitely do not and suggested it was a glitch and I'd like my money back.
They said no...so I've closed my account.
Customer service is very poor
