I ordered a plant to be delivered as a birthday gift. Arrived upside down and damaged, supplied pictures but was told they would need more pictures to review with the wrapping off.
The damage was to the top of the plant which is completely unwrapped in the images I supplied.
Left me on live chat for over half an hour to tell me I need to ask for more pictures despite the damage being visible.
Unacceptable service. Will not use again, more reliable alternatives available.
