Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent £27 on a card and present. It did not arrive and their only solution was to resend it - 3 days after the birthday and party.
What is the point of that!
No offer of a refund not even a credit of the same value.
I strongly advise you DO NOT USE Moonpig.
