I received a Mothers Day plant which arrived half dead, a photo was attached to my first email and with no card inside allowing me to thank the sender. I immediately contacted Moonpig and was informed that I would hear from the company within 48 hours. I have now sent three emails and still have not received a response after 11 days!!
