This companys customer services are a disgrace! I wanted to add to an order i made 2 days ago and have not been able to speak to anybody at this company, ive emailed 3 times to no reply and rang customer services 3 times at different times, i was on hold for abour 10 mins the 1st time, the 2nd time i thought it can't be as busy again so i tried at a different time this time was longer again before i put the phone down, the 3rd time i tried again even earlier only to be on hold for nearly 20 mins before putting the phone down, impossible to speak to a human being at this company! Will not use ever again!
