Just had flowers delivered from my son Mr Tristan Southway for my birthday. I have to say I am in tears...The amount of money you have charged they are absolutely disgusting and only fit for the bin. More foliage than flowers and one spray of lilies all the heads are off.!!He will be in touch with you when he comes home off his holidays I wouldn't give you any stars.
