I excitedly opened my flowers to find a bunch of battered, dead or dying flowers - very upsetting. They looked as though they had been picked out of bin and were totally unfit to put in a vase.
It would have been better not to receive flowers at all. Not only a waste of money but upsetting too. I will never use them again.
