So very disappointed!
Placed order in February, 6 full weeks in advance for personalised card and mug for grandsons birthday today. Despite dispatch date on original order of 3rd April it still hadn't arrived yesterday so I rang Moonpig to be told sorry since I placed the order they had run out of mugs and printing products and basically he wouldn't be receiving it as arranged. I asked why I hadn't been informed as I could have arranged another birthday card at least? Told they were not informed/didn't know products had run out? They offered to get the card sent out, which suggested that the card at least could have been printed & sent but acknowledged it wouldn't get there for his birthday. I asked for order to be cancelled and for full refund instead which was agreed and which I hope they honour.
Surely if a company take your order and payment they should know and inform you if they cannot deliver on that order? He's 4 and this morning there wasn't a birthday card from his Gran & Grandad which at a time when we are unable to see him has upset us greatly!
