I have contacted moonpig via email with photos of items in question without receiving a solution. Ordered flowers, choc, wine & balloon - the flowers were battered and bruised the choc were advertised as Thornton’s and we received Gulain.
My sister-in-law was very upset with her gift and I was mortified when they sent me the photos. Will never use again if fact if I could of given no stars that’s what they deserve
